This is a little Prayer/Song I’ve used many times. The more you say the words, the stronger the connection. You can do this everyday if you like. It’s very powerful!
Invocation:

Repeat as many times as you choose. The words mean:
“Eee” means “All that I am that is not physical, my mind and my emotions”
“Nu “ means “My physical body”
“Rah” means “my soul”
“Zay” means “in the company of Angels”
